Transit

We can NOT guarantee NO MELTING BUTTERS. Please understand that this is a possibility during transit. If your product has melted during transit, leave it at room temperature, or place into the refrigerator to allow it to harden, then continue use. Due to the body butter being whipped, if melted, they may appear half full, which is not the case, the air pockets no longer exist in their liquid state. Each product is measured by weight.

Damaged Product

We are not liable for any damaged items. Please contact us at info@divinityreigns.com so that can properly address the situation. You will have 48 hours upon the delivery of your item to report and must provide extensive photos and videos of the damage.

Return policy 

Each product is considered an intimate item therefore, there are NO returns or exchanges for sanitary purposes. ALL products are hand inspected thoroughly to ensure product quality.
